Shipping Policy:

We offer FREE SHIPPING on Orders from $50

Low Flat Rate Shipping of $9.99 for Orders under $50

We only ship to Contiguous United States only. For Alaska and Hawaii please email us for a shipping quotes if necessary.

Please allow 24-36 hours of processing time. All orders will be shipped Ground from Texas with expected delivery of 4-8 business days depending on your location.

Currently we do not ship to P.O Boxes or outside the United States.

Order cancellation requests will be accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Please send us an email immediately so we can process it for you.

Return Policy:

Changed your mind? We are happy to accept Returns. You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Item(s) must be:

  • In its original, undamaged condition.
  • Disassembled, if the item(s) was originally delivered disassembled.
  • In its original packaging. If the original packaging is too damaged to be shipped back, you must use a similar sized box as the original or a box no longer than 108 inches.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

  • Open Box / Clearance items
  • Gift cards and Personalized items
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” or "Final Sales" on the sale page.
Please contact us via email within 30 days of delivery date for all returns and refund inquiries. Additional photos may be requested when initiating a return request.
Harmonie Workshop only refunds shipping charge for damage orders. All other shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping back fee may apply for bulky items. Please contact our team for assistance. 
 
Please ship items back within 7 days when the return label is emailed/provided to you.
 
We will initiate your refund once we receive notification that your item(s) have arrived at our Returns Center. Typically, you should see your refund reflected in your account within 5-7 days from carrier drop off or pick up, but it may take up to 2 weeks.
 
Conditions of Return:
  • Buyers will be responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide you a prepaid label and the shipping-back cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging and tags if they did not arrived damaged or defective.
  • If the items are not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value or loss in refund amount.
  • If the items arrived damaged or defective, we will offer multiple solutions when your order is not right. To help make your order perfect, we may require photos and/or for the original item to be returned when providing a resolution.
  • If you are instructed to return the original item and it is not received at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund or charge for a replacement unit.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to service any damaged or defective item reported more than 30 days after the delivery date.  
  • Restocking fee may apply for bulky items. Restocking fee will not exceed 20% of the retail price of the product.
In case of Damages:
Customers wishing to report a damaged items, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please provide details and photographs of the carton box conditions upon arrivals as well as detailed pictures of damages. Our team will work as quickly as possible to resolve the situation and proceed full refund/ exchange process after proofs of verification.
